Reyna Alvarado, an immigrant entrepreneur with a passion for transformation, is the visionary founder behind First Solution Contracting. In 2015, Reyna boldly stepped into what was traditionally seen as “a man’s world,” mastering every facet of home renovation and remodeling through determination, hands-on learning, and an unshakable work ethic.
Her love for design and construction was sparked early—at just 15 years old, Reyna painted her family’s home in Juarez, Mexico, igniting a lifelong passion for turning houses into homes. That early spark, combined with her sharp business instincts and drive to succeed, laid the foundation for what would become one of North Texas’s most trusted remodeling firms.
Reyna built FSC not just to renovate spaces, but to help clients bring their unique visions to life. Her focus remains steadfast on providing an exceptional client experience—marked by professionalism, clear communication, and masterful execution.
